Parkway Bank Sanctioned by FDIC (The Morning News)

SPRINGDALE — Rogers-based Parkway Bank’s real estate loan troubles garnered the financial institution a “Cease and Desist” order from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation last month. Parkway officials accepted the order Aug. 5, without admitting to or denying any of the alleged charges contained within the order. The “Cease and Desist” document was made public Friday on the FDIC’s Web site.
