Mr. Otis “Pete” Martin, 76, of Dalton, departed this life Saturday afternoon, June 28, 2008 at his home. The youngest of 19 brothers and sisters, he was born Sept. 1, 1931, in Alabama to the late James and Maggie Hand Martin.
